When Aveo hit a particularly busy time in their retirement community development cycle, it was time to replace Excel with a dedicated defecting tool. ACCEDE has been used at scale across 20 development projects across Australia making the defecting process “really efficient”.
The Barangaroo Ferry Wharf project was the catalyst for change in how Transport for NSW (TfNSW) managed construction defects. It was time to end the Excel era, replacing bloated spreadsheets with a streamlined, cloud-based defect management tool.
This project involved the redevelopment of the Emergency Services Complex at Kedron, Brisbane as a result of the development of the Airport Link Tunnel project. The project entailed the construction of two buildings totalling 6,200m² of space.
Situated south of the Brisbane CBD, this project included reconstruction of the day surgery, construction of a new car park and medical suites to increase the capacity of the hospital. The project needed to ensure minimum disruption to staff and patients and maintain hospital operations.
Tweed City Redevelopment
Located at Tweed Heads South near the border of Queensland and New South Wales, works involved alterations and additions to the existing shopping centre to accommodate a new Entertainment Leisure Precinct (ELP) and new mini major extension.

Joint Logistics Unit – Defence Logistics Transformation Program
This project included the design and construction of a new logistics facility at RAAF Base Amberley. The new facility incorporated many of JLU SQ’s existing operations, currently undertaken across numerous separate facilities, into one central ’hub’.
Clinical Practice Building, JCU
The $45 million, five level Clinical Practice building at James Cook University was the first of four pioneer buildings to be constructed in the area directly related to JCU’s $1 billion Discovery Rise 20-year vision for the future development of the campus.
MHC Office Fit Out
The office fit out for Perth’s Mental Health Commission (MHC) included the commercial fit out of two levels of the WorkZone East building, located on Nash Street in Perth’s CBD, for 250 employees.
