The construction of a purpose-built train maintenance facility at Kangy Angy on the NSW Central Coast saw Transport for NSW upend the typical defecting capture process by capturing issues before handover and communicating often and early with the contractor.

Queensland Emergency Services Complex
This project involved the redevelopment of the Emergency Services Complex at Kedron, Brisbane as a result of the development of the Airport Link Tunnel project. The project entailed the construction of two buildings totalling 6,200m² of space. 
Sunnybank Private Hospital
Situated south of the Brisbane CBD, this project included reconstruction of the day surgery, construction of a new car park and medical suites to increase the capacity of the hospital. The project needed to ensure minimum disruption to staff and patients and maintain hospital operations. 
Tweed City Redevelopment
Located at Tweed Heads South near the border of Queensland and New South Wales, works involved alterations and additions to the existing shopping centre to accommodate a new Entertainment Leisure Precinct (ELP) and new mini major extension.

Clinical Practice Building, JCU
