ACCEDE Defect Management System User Training

This is a page description

ACCEDE defect management system user training is delivered on-site, at no additional cost, over two “Getting Started” sessions

Getting started sessions are included with your ACCEDE licence and cover the following:

Getting Started Session 1 – Project Configuration

We understand that implementing a new software application can be a daunting task. With this in mind we take the pain out of configuring the ACCEDE Control Centre to align with your project’s work breakdown structure by sitting beside you, referring to project plans and any other relevant documentation while:

  • Setting system options
  • Determining and entering the project’s three-level hierarchy of user-definable Headings
  • Creating and entering the four user-definable Categories
  • Import lists from Excel spreadsheets to populate Headings, Categories and organisation standard Defect Definitions
  • Create Checklist templates
  • Import subcontractor contact details (address books)
  • Creating Users and assigning access privileges

This will require some preparatory work from the Project Manager or your ACCEDE System Administrator and we will provide up to a full day consulting for project configuration.

Getting Started Session 2 – System Administrator Training

We appreciate that getting all users on-site for ACCEDE training is not feasible on long-term projects, especially when the project stakeholders are from many different organisations.  WicketWorks solution is to train up to two ‘Super Users’ who will then show others how to use the ACCEDE Centre Control and ACCEDE Agent (tablet app).  We will provide up to one full day of on-site Super User ACCEDE training including:

  • Control Centre System Administrator functions
    • User access
    • Reporting
    • Scheduled tasks
    • Email log
  • Agent and Control Centre functions
    • Snaglist/punchlist walkthrough (including creating, rectifying, closing and approving defects)
    • Watchlists
    • Checklists (creation and completion)
    • Dashboard reporting

Your project’s Super Users will be responsible for managing support requiring direct contact with WicketWorks via support tickets (should our on-line user guide and video tutorials be insufficient).

Custom ACCEDE user training

Your assigned ACCEDE representative will be able to arrange tailored ACCEDE training programs should your project’s users require additional guidance or more focused ACCEDE training than your organisation can manage internally.  Please contact your ACCEDE representative to outline your ACCEDE training needs and request a quotation.

If you have any questions about our Getting Started Sessions or other ACCEDE defect management system user training needs please contact us. We also provide a free, no obligation demo of ACCEDE to allow you to experience its powerful features. Click below to register your interest.
